Former Diamonds outfielder Hinshaw playing well for New Britain

Jordan Hinshaw spent the majority of 2015 and entire 2016 Pacific Association seasons playing in Pittsburg. This summer Hinshaw is playing with the New Britain Bees of the Atlantic League, considered by many to be the top competitive independent baseball league.

Currently hitting .400 in 19 appearances, the 27-year old outfielder had his best performance of the season on June 27 going 2-for-4 with a homerun and three RBI. He has proven that playing in the Pacific Association can lead to advancement in the sport.
